The physical presence of everyone who will be signing the document. Please DO NOT sign the document before we meet.
Valid, unexpired, government-issued ID
Acceptable forms of ID must include:
- A photographic image of your face
- Your signature
Completed Documents
Documents should be filled out completely. I cannot assist you with filling out any documents.
Ink Fingerprinting documents
For ink fingerprinting services, please bring in any documents along with specific instructions.
